Techlead, Solution Architect – Craft CMS

Responsibilities

• In this key role, you take technical ownership of projects: from architecture to quality assurance, and you lead a dev team.
• In close collaboration with project managers, you develop concepts and decision frameworks that guide both clients and our teams through the project.
• You coach and mentor developers, introduce best practices, and establish standards.
• You evaluate new technologies and ensure our solutions remain future-proof.
• You maintain the balance between hands-on coding and strategic oversight.
• You translate complex requirements into smart, usable products.

• You are an experienced architect of web solutions—preferably with Craft CMS or another solid foundation; what matters most is that you understand the mechanics behind it.
• Strong command of frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js—and you know which tool makes sense.
• Extensive experience designing system architectures, integrations (APIs, shop systems such as Shopware, Headless CMS) and cloud environments.
• You think not only in code but also in solutions: scalability, security and sustainability are not buzzwords for you but everyday practice.
• You enjoy technically leading teams, sharing knowledge, and setting high standards together.
• Positive mindset with a sense of humor—our culture is professional but never dusty.
• Ideally, a university of applied sciences (FH/HF) degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent German (English is a nice-to-have).
