Senior Program Manager – MES

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to support a large-scale MES deployment program in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will lead day-to-day program management activities, coordinate multiple cross-functional work streams and ensure operational readiness throughout deployment, Go‑Live and Hypercare.

• Lead PMO and day‑to‑day MES program management activities
• Coordinate project teams, work streams, timelines, milestones and resources
• Track program progress, risks, dependencies and change requests
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Drive Go‑Live and operational readiness across business and technical teams
• Define support processes and structures for Hypercare and MES lifecycle management
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Automation, Validation and external partners
• Support project governance, communication, training and onboarding activities

• 3–5+ years of experience in project or program management
• Experience in MES, Manufacturing IT or digital manufacturing programs
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech or another GMP‑regulated environment
• Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and complex work streams
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management and resource coordination
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong proficiency with MS Project, Jira and Microsoft Office
• Fluent German and English are required
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills
