We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise IT infrastructure projects from discovery through implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle activities, coordinating technical teams, ensuring delivery milestones, and acting as the primary interface between technical stakeholders and clients.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including Discovery, Architecture, Proof of Concept (PoC), and Implementation phases

• Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
• Manage phase gate reviews and ensure all required deliverables are completed.
• Coordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Track project risks, issues, scope changes, and mitigation plans.
• Support budget planning, cost tracking, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects involving multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, architecture, and implementation processes.
• Experience managing projects through discovery, design, PoC, and production rollout phases.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with project financials, budgeting, cost tracking, and TCO analysis.
• Ability to manage projects in regulated environments with governance and compliance requirements.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, cloud, backup, or enterprise infrastructure projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working with financial services, healthcare, utilities, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
