Scrum Master

Job Responsibilities

• Support two Agile teams within a growing Agile environment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the effective application of Scrum principles and practices.
• Coach Agile teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage cross-team and programme-level dependencies within a SAFe environment.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Work with senior stakeholders and business users in a demanding environment.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Hands‑on background in software development.
• Proven experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment – SAFe Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience managing cross‑team and programme‑level dependencies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops is an advantage.
• Previous experience in reinsurance, reserving, or financial services would be a strong advantage.
