We've partnered with a well‑established Swiss organisation to hire a Team Lead
- Microsoft & Windows Infrastructure. This role is suited to an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys leading technical teams while remaining close to the technology, helping to develop and operate a modern Microsoft environment.

• Lead a team responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud services, endpoint technologies, and identity platforms.
• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of business‑critical infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership on infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, and operational improvements.
• Support and mentor engineers, coordinate team priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to operational planning, service delivery, and resource management.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
• Knowledge of modern Identity & Access Management technologies such as Entra  similar solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent German and good English.
