Step Stone Group seeks an IT Support specialist to serve as the first contact for technical issues in our Zürich office. You will triage incidents, support PCs, printers, and mobile devices, and document solutions in the Knowledge Base, while contributing to IT projects and maintaining smooth user experiences.
Required 1–3 years of desktop/support experience, a 4-year degree, and strong communication skills. ITIL exposure and Service Now are pluses, with Crestron AV knowledge a bonus.
