EKZ Eltop AG sucht am Standort Fahrweid eine IT-Service-Desk-Unterstützung im First/Second Level. Sie bearbeiten Anfragen selbstständig, stellen Verfügbarkeit der Kundennetzwerke sicher und überwachen Systeme mit PRTG.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören das Bereitstellen, Installieren und Unterhalten von Hard-/Software sowie das Anlegen und Pflegen von Dokumentationen und Checklisten;
Bereitschaftsdienste und gelegentliche Wochenend-/Abendeinsätze runden das Profil ab.
