We are partnering with a highly established international business operating within fast-paced global markets to hire an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Governance Manager. This is a key position responsible for shaping and maintaining a secure, resilient, and compliant IT environment across a hybrid infrastructure landscape.

Working within a lean and collaborative IT function, you will take ownership of IT governance, security policies, and infrastructure standards while remaining involved in selected hands-on operational and incident response activities. This role offers a strong mix of strategic governance and technical oversight, with close interaction across internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

• Define, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned to recognised security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and SOC 2
• Lead IT risk management activities and support internal and external audit processes
• Oversee hybrid infrastructure and cloud security architecture, including networks, servers, endpoints, and Microsoft cloud environments
• Manage identity and access governance across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
• Coordinate security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response activities alongside external security providers
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning initiatives
• Oversee data classification and data protection controls across the organisation
• Act as a key point of coordination between governance, operational IT teams, and third-party vendors

Experience in defining and maintaining IT governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC
2), Experience in IT risk management and audit processes, Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure and cloud security architecture (Microsoft cloud), Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra  governance, Experience in security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response, Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, Experience in data classification and data protection controls
