As part of a transformation project within the Strategy, Risk & Analytics department, a new Software Asset Management (SAM) framework is being designed with end-to-end processes covering the entire software lifecycle
. The focus is on analyzing existing software-related processes and developing a future-state operating model, including tooling, governance, and integration into the existing IT landscape.

• Analyze existing software-related processes across the entire software lifecycle (request, procurement, deployment, usage, maintenance, and retirement) and identify process gaps from a Software Asset Management perspective.
• Design an end-to-end Software Asset Management framework, including roles, responsibilities, control points, and process interfaces.
• Gather, align, and document business and technical requirements for a future Software Asset Management (SAM) solution.
• Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design the integration of the SAM solution into the existing IT ecosystem (e.g., ITSM, ERP, SAP Ariba), including interfaces and data flows.
• Prepare decision-making materials such as business cases, target operating models, functional concepts, and training documentation.
• Support the software selection process and assist with the initial implementation and rollout of the chosen SAM solution.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration
  , or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in complex, agile environments (e.g.,
  SAFe
  ).
• Strong experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or Software License Management
  , including a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end software lifecycle processes.
• Experience designing and improving Software Asset Management or License Management solutions.
• Knowledge of common SAM tools such as:
• Service Now SAM
• Snow
• USU
• or similar solutions (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across:
• IT
• Procurement
• Finance
• Security
• Risk
• Senior Management.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and pragmatic problem-solving skills with a strong focus on business value, risk, and cost optimization.
