Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a senior CRM & Loyalty Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform to design and deliver customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities- Leading architecture and design of CRM & Loyalty solutions
- Translating client needs into scalable architectures
- Implementing integration patterns
- Leading migration programs
- Acting as SME in client engagements and pre-sales
- Collaborating with stakeholders
- Providing technical leadership
- Supporting solution design in proposals
- Ensuring adherence to standards
- Identifying risks
- Staying updated with Microsoft ecosystem innovations
- Architect-level expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights, Power Platform, Azure services (Service Bus, Event Hub, Functions)
- Migration tools (Azure Data Factory, Kingsway Soft)
- CRM architecture principles, integration patterns
- Client-facing experience
- Familiarity with Success by Design
- Workshop facilitation
- Pre-sales contribution
- Strong CRM ecosystem understanding
- Excellent communication in German and English
- Optionally Salesforce experience and Microsoft certifications
