Lead Reporting Solution, SAP Group Reporting

• Lead the reporting work stream within the SAP Group Reporting program, covering design, build, testing and deployment
• Define the target reporting architecture for SAP Group Reporting
• Design data views, virtual data models, semantic layers, analytical views and reports
• Translate business requirements into reports, dashboards and analytical models
• Drive SAP Fiori/Embedded Analytics reports, SAP Business Data Cloud self-service analytics, and Databricks analytical models and data products
• Coordinate data flows between SAP Group Reporting, SAP Business Data Cloud and Databricks with IT and data teams
• Run workshops with Group Finance, BU Finance and stakeholders to capture and prioritize reporting needs
• Own the workstream plan, milestones, dependencies and risks, and provide status updates to program management
• Coordinate design, build, SIT/UAT and deployment activities
• Prepare cutover and handover to business-as-usual, including documentation, training and support model
• Define test strategy, test cases and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate test execution, manage defects and ensure resolution before go-live

• Practical experience with SAP Embedded Analytics, including CDS views and Fiori reporting
• Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms such as SAP Business Data Cloud and Databricks or similar
• Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting or comparable SAP consolidation/reporting tools, such as S/4

• Strong experience in Group Reporting/consolidation and financial close processes
• Bachelor or Master in Finance or Finance/IT
• Proven track record leading a workstream or project in a finance/IT transformation program
• Experience planning, tracking and delivering milestones and managing risks and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SIT/UAT, test case definition and defect management
• Exposure to change management and handover to BAU, including training, manuals and support processes
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience working in complex, global programs, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Strong collaboration skills and a "one team" attitude

Demonstrates expertise in SAP Group Reporting, including design, build, and deployment of reporting solutions, while effectively managing stakeholder needs and coordinating complex data flows. Proven ability to lead finance/IT transformation projects, ensuring successful execution of milestones and risk management.
