Core Responsibilities
- Smooth execution and mature IT operations (L1-L2) of user-facing infrastructure

- Execute ITSM processes such as: helpdesk, hardware and inventory management, software packaging and installation lifecycle.
- Responsible for the expansion and further development of the Microsoft Azure Cloud and Office
365. - Engagement in infrastructure incident response and resolution.
- Design cloud and endpoint solutions to meet business needs.
- Solve complex IT problems and be a key player in our technical support team.

- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent degree.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in end-user infrastructure operations.
- Deep experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows based workstations.
- Previous experience with Endpoint Manager (Intune) and AzureAD is a must.
- Solid experience in automation with Power Shell.
- Practical knowledge in infrastructure management relying on Dev Ops practices (IaaC, CICD, git) will be an advantage.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible would be an advantage.
- Previously completed Azure/Office
365 projects will be an advantage. - Strong team spirit and a proactive, independent, solution‑oriented, and practical approach to work.
- Service oriented mindset with an assertive, flexible, and quality‑conscious personality.
- Very good English (C1-C2). German will be an advantage.
Strong preference for Swiss or EU/EFTA passport/work permit holders.
