Senior IAM Engineer

As a Senior IAM Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering cutting‑edge cybersecurity solutions to a diverse customer base across a wide range of industries. You will work closely with our team to design, implement and manage robust identity and access management (IAM) systems.

• Drive the successful implementation and management of identity and access management solutions:
• Requirement analysis using structured methodology
• Solution and architecture design
• Implementation of solutions and products
• Offer technical advice and support to clients throughout the entire IAM lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and integrate IAM solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Take ownership of IAM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct market research and evaluate emerging IAM technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Participate in presales activities, such as product demonstrations and technical feasibility assessments.

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing IAM solutions using leading vendors like SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, MidPoint, or similar technologies.
• Experience and knowledge with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of IAM technologies and concepts, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, AD, ADFS, Kerberos, and NTLM.
• Knowledge of information security principles and methods, with relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience with object‑oriented programming languages such as C# or Java.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain focus in demanding situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• A strong sense of dedication and drive to deliver high‑quality results.
• Fluency in English AND proficiency in French OR German. Proficiency in English, French and German is a strong advantage.
