dnata Switzerland AG sucht eine/n Training Officer* – Learning Innovation in Zürich, um das operative Trainingsportfolio verantwortungsvoll zu betreuen und das Training durch Digitalisierung und KI smarter, schneller und effizienter zu gestalten.
Sie gestalten digitale Lernformate, evaluieren KI-Tools und begleiten die Implementierung in den Trainingsalltag, arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen und treiben regelmäßig Audit- und Reporting-Prozesse voran. Die Position ist Teilzeit (60–80%).
