Your Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Shape AI Strategy by identifying high-value opportunities, defining the Analytics & AI roadmap, and driving responsible AI adoption across the business.
• Partner with Stakeholders across business and technology functions to transform challenges into impactful AI and analytics solutions.
• Drive AI Solutions & Platforms by leading the development, deployment, and operation of scalable AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps capabilities.
• Provide Technical Leadership through hands‑on guidance, architectural oversight, and expertise in AI, GenAI, ML, and modern technologies.

We are looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for driving business value through AI, ML and advanced analytics.

• Proven leadership experience in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics
  , including enterprise-scale solution delivery and AI adoption initiatives.
• Hands‑on technical knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Python, and modern AI technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents.
• Business‑oriented mindset
  with the ability to translate opportunities into impactful solution sand measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  , with the ability to influence, drive change, and collaborate across global teams.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy, or other industrial environments is a plus.
