• Translate business questions into structured analyses

• Degree (University/FH/HF) in Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Interest in business questions and machine learning
• Motivation to create real value from data
• Structured work approach and ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely
• Solid understanding of complex data analysis and ability to extract clear business insights
• Strong numerical intuition, sense for relationships, and focus on economic impact
• Ideally experience with analysis and visualization tools
• Enjoy working collaboratively and high self-initiative
• Reliability and ease working with diverse people
• Excellent German and good English
