Technical Support Analyst

As the premier supplier to our client, a leading commodities company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individuals to take on a challenging role as a Technical Support Analyst for a 12-month contract, extension highly likely

Our client is looking for a candidate relatively early in their career, ideally a developer or technically strong application support analyst who wants to broaden their career into a role combining technology, business analyst, product support and AI. that would be a self-starter and be able to take ownership of topics and drive them to completion as well as investigate and make decisions and move things forward.

This is a hands-on technical role working closely with and supporting the Product Owner.

The role will cover a mixture of:

• Application support and problem solving
• Business analysis and requirements gathering
• Technical analysis and investigation
• System configuration
• SQL scripting and data analysis
• Working with AI and Agentic AI to improve how we support and develop the platform

Essential skills / profile:

• Strong technical background and aptitude
• Exposure to Oracle SQL
• Comfortable investigating technical issues across applications and data
• Either experience with Agentic AI or, importantly, a genuine interest and willingness to use AI as part of their day-to-day work
• Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging directly with users and stakeholders

Beneficial, but not essential:

• Experience with Counter party / Credit Risk and risk mitigation
• Business Analysis experience
• Previous client- or business-facing experience
