Sie führen komplexe Digital- und IT-Projekte, bauen tragfähige Konzepte auf und gestalten zukunftsfähige IT-Architekturen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kantonen, Gemeinden, Bund und Privatwirtschaft.
Sie leiten interdisziplinäre Teams in einer Matrixorganisation, setzen Hermes- und agile Methoden dort sinnvoll ein und treiben Vorhaben bis zur operativen Umsetzung voran.
