For our client, we are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician
, immediately operational, autonomous, and with solid experience in IT support within a demanding environment in Zurich.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripherals.
- Provide support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and authentication issues.
- Document interventions in the ticketing system and elevate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams
. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT procedures and standards.
- Experienced IT professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in L1 IT support
. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft / Windows / Microsoft 365 environments.
- Proven experience in a demanding or critical professional environment.
- Strong autonomy, accuracy, service orientation, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- IT certifications, ideally Microsoft
, are an advantage. - No management responsibilities required.
