Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen, IT, Gemeinden und der Privatwirtschaft zusammen, modellieren zukunftsfähige IT-Lösungen und steuern Teams in einer Matrixorganisation.
Dabei kommen HERMES und agile Methoden dort sinnvoll zum Einsatz.
