We are seeking several highly organized and dedicated (
Technical) Project Managers to drive various critical Proof of Concept (POC) through to the end of the year. In this role, you will act as the technical counterpart to our Product Head, ensuring that complex deliverables are met on time and with precision.

We are looking for someone with the executive presence and professionalism to engage directly with senior management, but who is hands-on enough to not mind doing the essential legwork - taking detailed tracking notes, prepping emails, and chasing down action items. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong foundation in finance and/or technology, this is the role for you.

• Drive Execution:
  Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are strictly tracked and met.
• Technical & Product Partnership:
  Act as the technical lead on the project, partnering seamlessly with the Product Head to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly and professionally to senior managers and executives.
• Run the Cadence:
  Establish and maintain a weekly project cadence. This includes preparing and sending pre-meeting emails, facilitating meetings, taking detailed notes, and relentlessly following up on action items.
• Maintain Order:
  Keep project tracking tools, documentation, and milestones highly organized with an unwavering attention to detail.

• Background:
  Proven experience as a (Technical) Project Manager or similar role within the Technology and/or Finance sectors.
• Project Juggling:
  Demonstrated ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without letting details slip.
• The Right Balance:
  Senior enough to confidently speak to and advise senior management, yet junior/hands-on enough to execute the daily administrative project tasks (notes, scheduling, tracking).
• Exceptional Organization:
  Unmatched attention to detail and a proactive approach to following up on action items.

• Consulting
  
  Experience:
  
  Background in top-tier management or IT consulting (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, etc.).
• Industry Knowledge:
  Experience in banking or financial services. While our current focus is consumer lending, experience in Wealth Management is highly desired.
• Product Mindset: A strong "product brain" - the ability to think strategically about what we are building, rather than just tracking the tasks to build it.

This position is available as either a temporary 3-month contract (to see the current POC through to the end of the year) or as a full-time role for the right candidate. We are looking to start immediately.
