Project Lead, IT​/Tech, IT Project Manager

Are you a senior IT Programme / Project Manager with strong experience in Service Now and IT Service Management?

We are currently supporting a leading private bank with a requirement for an IT Programme / Project Lead – Service Now & ITSM
.

This role is responsible for managing Service Now-related programmes and projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple work streams, stakeholders, vendors, and dependencies while ensuring delivery against budget, timeline, and governance standards.

• Lead Service Now programmes and ITSM-related projects from feasibility through delivery
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate Service Now releases, upgrades, and platform dependencies
• Align projects with the Service Now roadmap and strategic objectives
• Work closely with IT Service Management and IT Service Engineering teams
• Manage senior stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and project teams
• Provide executive-level reporting and ensure governance compliance
• Lead project teams and drive successful delivery and transition into operations

• 10+ years of Project / Programme Management experience
• Strong experience in large-scale IT delivery environments
• Solid Service Now knowledge, particularly ITSM and CMDB
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL
• Experience managing multiple projects and programme-level dependencies
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• ITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or IPMA advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Business-fluent German and English required
