SAP EAM Senior Business Analyst

We’re currently working with a leading transportation client who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior SAP Business Analyst – EAM/PM.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands on experience across SAP PM, SAP EAM, SAP SSAM and S/4

HANA, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

The role will involve:

• Working closely with business teams to capture and prioritise maintenance requirements
• Leading requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Translating business needs into the SAP S/4
  
  HANA environment
• Conducting fit/gap analysis and defining appropriate solutions
• Acting as the link between the business, Business Analysts and IT teams
• Producing functional and technical specifications
• Supporting solution design, testing and implementation
• Advising on SAP EAM/PM best practices and standards
• Supporting wider project coordination activities
• Strong experience with SAP PM, SAP EAM and SAP SSAM
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance processes, particularly notifications and work orders
• Experience across Asset Lifecycle Management
• Proven S/4
  
  HANA transformation experience, including fit/gap analysis
• Knowledge of APIs and third‑party system integrations
• Strong Requirements Engineering and Project Management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Business‑fluent German and good English

Experience with in transportation, infrastructure or large-scale SAP transformation programmes would be a significant advantage.
