Eviden, part of the Atos Group, seeks a customer-focused Technical Engineer to provide 1st/2nd level support for alarm, communication, and critical infrastructure systems. You will analyze incidents, triage tickets, and ensure proactive monitoring for continuous uptime.
The ideal candidate has ICT/Networking training, 2+ years in technical support, and strong communication skills. Willingness to work extended hours and participate in 24/7 rotations is required.
