Technical Engineer

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for alarm, communication, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Perform ticket triage, tracking, and escalation when required.
• Monitor systems proactively to ensure stability and availability.
• Execute operational maintenance and routine tasks.
• Prepare reports and operational statistics.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge platforms.

• Completed technical education in ICT, Networking, or a related field.

• Willingness to participate in extended operating hours and 24/7 on-call support rotations.
