Location: Zürich
Keep our growth engine running while our Marketing Team Lead is on maternity leave. Own our digital marketing channels end-to-end: paid search & paid social, SEO and content - with real budgets, clearly defined KPIs such as CLTV-based ROAS, and 50'000+ clients. Fixed term until 31 May 2027, with the option of a permanent contract afterwards. Reports to the CEO.
Required:
5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a premium B2C environment; proven ownership of paid channels and budgets; strong analytical skills (GA4 or similar); basic branding comprehension; fluent German and English; valid Swiss work permit.
