Task Hived is an early-stage AI company focused on evaluating how AI systems behave in real-world conditions before deployment.
We are currently setting up a Zurich-based workstream and are looking for a hands-on coordinator.
Role- Support coordination with Zurich-based partners and stakeholders.
- Help structure project workflows and evaluation scenarios.
- Support German-English communication where needed.
- Organise findings and outputs into clear formats.
- Assist with general execution across the Zurich workstream.
- ETH / EPFL MSc, PhD, or recent graduate.
- Strong structured thinking and communication skills.
- Interest in AI systems, startups, or real-world deployment.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment.
- English required. German at working level preferred.
This is not a pure engineering role. The focus is on coordination and structured thinking.
Paid role. Scope based on availability.
