Location: Zürich
- Actively shape the further development and roadmap of our employment certificate tool.
- Gather requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and prioritize these requirements and translate them into clear user stories for our development team.
- Guide new features from the initial idea through to go-live.
- Work closely with our software developers and HR specialists.
- Support the implementation of the employment certificate tool for new customers.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
- Support our customers with subject-matter and product-related questions.
- Contribute to support activities and help our customers resolve their issues.
- Bring forward new ideas related to digitalization, automation, and AI.
- Near-native proficiency in French and English (C1/C2).
- Experience in a SaaS, software, or HR tech environment.
- Strong technical understanding and an interest in digital products.
- Experience writing user stories.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete requirements.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Confident communication with customers and technical stakeholders.
- Very good command of German.
- Experience in an HR environment is an advantage but not a requirement.
Demonstrates expertise in gathering and analyzing customer requirements, translating them into user stories, and guiding the development of digital products, particularly in a SaaS or HR tech environment. Proficient in conducting workshops and providing support to customers while maintaining strong communication in multiple languages.
