Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, Financial Services

• Provide functional and technical solution consulting throughout the sales process and develop tailored Omnium solution concepts for banks and insurance companies.
• Design and deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops for a range of target audiences.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFI/RFP tenders in collaboration with Account Management and subject-matter specialists.
• Coordinate solution architecture, effort estimates, and competitive positioning.
• Ensure a structured handover to project management and transparent documentation of the scope of services, assumptions, and customer expectations.
• Contribute market, competitive, and customer insights to the ongoing development of Omnium and its value proposition.
• Design and organize professional customer community events and support relevant marketing initiatives.
• Document customer and opportunity information in the designated systems and support commercial discussions.
• Build and continuously develop a network of subject-matter leaders and decision-makers at Swiss banks and insurance companies.

• Several years of demonstrable experience in pre-sales or functional solution consulting for software, platform, or complex consulting solutions, preferably in the financial services sector.
• In-depth understanding of consulting with banking and/or insurance customers, as well as the associated strategic, regulatory, and technological challenges.
• Ability to communicate complex functional and technical topics clearly, convincingly, and in a way appropriate to the target audience.
• Experience preparing proposals and responding to tenders in collaboration with a range of specialists.
• Structured, independent working style and willingness to take end-to-end responsibility throughout the pre-sales process.
• Advanced professional qualification or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
• An established network of subject-matter leaders or decision-makers in the Swiss banking and insurance sector is a plus.
• Excellent German and English skills;
  French is an advantage.
