- Several years of experience as a Test Engineer or Test Analyst in complex IT or banking projects, preferably within lending or retail banking environments.
- Strong expertise in functional testing and test case design, including risk-based testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including:
- Test case modeling
- Modules
- Execution Lists
- Test Data Service (preferred)
- API Testing (preferred)
- Tricentis Tosca Certifications such as: AS1, AS2, AE1, TDS1, TDS2
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Xray, and ALM.
- Experience in test automation (Regression, Smoke, End-to-End testing) and ideally integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, structured, and quality-focused working style with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Senior Test Managers, Test Analysts, Developers, and Business Users.
