Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager - Campaign Specialist will be instrumental in shaping and delivering key components in EFG’s transformation of its digital ecosystem and presence across strategic digital marketing channels.
In your role you will work closely with members of the Digital and broader global marketing team to combine strategy, execution, and data analysis to ensure campaigns are client-centric, measurable, and compliant, focused on measurable demand generation and attributable to NNA growth for the broader business.
The successful candidate will bring deep channel expertise and be comfortable translating business priorities into strategic digital marketing activity that drives awareness, engagement, and measurable commercial outcomes. As EFG develops it’s digital ecosystem you will support the team to help implement connected and scalable solutions that deliver ROI across the business and support growth.
You will be the subject matter expert and partner for marketing and distribution teams alongside being an advocate for change and supporting education / awareness of the power of digital marketing can have on our client journeys and acquisition.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimisation of global digital demand generation campaigns across web, email, paid media, and social channels.
- Collaborate with business experts across global Marketing, Sales, Product, and Investment teams to define target audiences across multiple regions and develop campaign strategies tailored to different markets and segments.
- Build test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to continuously improve performance.
- Ensure complex regulations such as cross border marketing compliance rules are met and safeguards are in place with auditable processes.
- Ensure all campaigns are tracked, measured, and aligned with KPIs agreed by the business and focused on supporting meeting our 3-year objectives.
- Accountable for commercially focused KPI’s (Qualified leads, channel conversions and other user activity insights that can drive new business opportunities.
Search & Paid Media
- Manage paid media budgets (Google Ads, Linked In, display networks) to maximise ROI and lead generation.
- Drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Ensure keyword strategies, landing page optimisation, and ad copy are data-led and aligned with brand tone.
- Work with skilled content creators and subject matter experts across the business to adapt investment insights and marketing collateral into engaging digital formats.
