Senior Specialist - D365 Functional Consultant; Supply Chain

This role sits within On's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations team, working in a fast-paced, diverse and collaborative environment. The position is pivotal in building synergies, reducing complexities and prioritising essential work areas that further On's mission. The role holder works as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers and functional consultants that implements features from design to deployment, taking responsibility for the full process and delivery.

• Organise and conduct workshops, business process studies and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Establish an overview of the requirements defined by business stakeholders, including the definition of business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with the Solution Architect to conceive high-level solutions and document them in relevant deliverables such as Solution Design Documents and Functional Specifications.
• Facilitate the development of 'to be' business processes and discuss these with business stakeholders.
• Ensure a high level of product best practice based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration and customisations.
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications so that they are clearly understood by development teams.
• Provide advice during the implementation cycle, including configuration, customisation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Analyse defects and advise on options to resolve them.
• Support the improvement of the BI landscape by ensuring the availability of high-quality data to drive business process improvements.

• 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Deep understanding of relevant supply chain business processes, together with strong general business knowledge and experience in defining 'to be' process structures.
• Deep understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies, with the ability to understand business needs and transform them into effective solutions.
• Broad technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including out-of-the-box functionality and its limits.
• Experience in performing fit/gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box functionality.
• Experience in documenting and communicating the solution overview and functional design.
• Experience in defining and executing end-to-end functional testing.
• Experience in developing and delivering end user training.
• Understanding of business transformation programmes, not just technology or software implementations.
