Database Migration Specialist - CRM Systems ; f​/m​/d); our external payroll partner

The primary objective of this role is to design and execute end-to-end data migration solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within a financial services environment, leveraging advanced skills in Python, SQL, and PL/SQL.

The position requires conducting comprehensive database analysis, data profiling, and quality assessments to ensure data integrity and resolve complex migration anomalies across large, mission-critical datasets. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with business analysts, architects, and developers to define migration strategies, provide technical guidance, and maintain thorough documentation throughout the migration lifecycle.

• Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL
• Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses
• Generate migration reports
• Transformation and Migration Design, develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM solutions
• Analyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications
• Perform detailed data mapping, transformation and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrity
• Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts to support extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve migration-related data issues, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks

• Work closely with business analysts, architects and developers to gather migration requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support during migration planning, execution, and post-go-live activities
• Document migration processes, technical specifications, and operational procedures

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects
• Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environments
• Experience with CRM systems in financial industries
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets and mission-critical business systems
• Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Python Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
• Ability to develop complex automation, validation, transformation, and migration scripts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Very good English level (verbal/written)
