Lead a team of IT sourcing professionals and oversee strategic sourcing initiatives across technology categories. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial value, optimize supplier relationships, and drive sourcing excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sourcing team.
- Manage complex sourcing projects across software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and managed services.
- Support supplier negotiations, contract discussions, and sourcing strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery quality, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide market insights and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
- 10+ years of IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
- Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
- Knowledge of key IT categories, including software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and managed services.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
