Aufgaben
- Arbeitsumfeld:
Direkter Kontakt mit Studierenden und IT-Benutzenden der akademischen und administrativen Bereiche - Anlaufstelle für alle operativen IT-Belange, Beantwortung von Fragen und Problemlösung
- Betreuung der Arbeitsplatzumgebung der Zentralen Organe
- Umfassender IT-Support für über 2500 Clients
- Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (Microsoft Windows)
- Kundensupport remote oder vor Ort
- Dispatching und Bearbeitung eingehender IT-Ticketanfragen
- Erneuerung der IT-Infrastruktur (Hardware-Lifecycle)
- Inventararbeiten und Dokumentation von Anleitungen
- Mehrfährige Erfahrung im 2nd Level IT-Support
- Idealerweise Informatiker/in EFZ-Abschluss
- Ausgewiesene, fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich von Microsoft Technologien
- MCSA/MCITP-Zertifikate von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung und Selbständigkeit
- Flexible und hilfsbereite Person Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Führerausweis Kat. B von Vorteil
- Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift)
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse
- Vertrauliches Gespräch
- Diskrete Behandlung der Unterlagen
- Pensum: 80-100%
