Location: Zürich
- Explore and assess options for designing an automated IT workflow solution for a global conflicts-of-interest (CoI) register
- Ensure the proposed solution meets the applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements in close collaboration with the framework owner
- Act as the bridge between compliance stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear functional requirements
- Support stakeholders in evaluating the options and prepare the basis for decisions on the target solution
Must-have criteria:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a compliance and technical flavour
- Track record of gathering and documenting business requirements together with business owners
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills that bridge business and technical perspectives
- Senior profile with approximately 9+ years of professional experience
Nice-to-have criteria:
- Know-how of Flowable and/or Service Now
- Experience in workflow automation projects
