Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a combination of compliance knowledge and technical understanding, capable of translating business requirements into effective IT workflow solutions?
We are supporting a leading private banking and wealth management organisation looking for a Business Analyst – Compliance IT Workflow to help explore and define an automated workflow solution for a global compliance register.
Key Responsibilities- Explore and assess options for designing an automated IT workflow solution for the Global Col Register, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with the framework owner.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements that can guide the design of a practical technical solution.
- Bridge business and technology stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.
- Contribute to the assessment of workflow technologies, ideally including Flowable or Service Now.
- Support effective stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the requirements and solution-design process.
- Proven Business Analyst experience, ideally in compliance-related IT workflows or similar regulated environments.
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to connect business needs with technical possibilities and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Knowledge of Flowable or Service Now is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Fluent English:
German is an advantage
