IT / 2nd Line Support Engineer – Zurich, Switzerland - 6 months+
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (hybrid working)

We are looking for an experienced IT / 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues and manage incidents within a global enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support, resolving hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests and escalations in line with ITIL best practices.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and endpoint management.
- Configure, deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Troubleshoot remote access, security and infrastructure-related issues.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in an IT Support Engineer or 2nd Line Support role within a helpdesk environment.
- Experience working within an ITIL framework.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, antivirus and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software.
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as Service Now, Jira or similar is advantageous
- Previous experience supporting users within a global enterprise organisation.
