Do you enjoy creating digital campaigns, publishing web content and using data to improve the full client journey? Do you combine an analytical mindset with experience in digital marketing, tracking and website publishing? Join Vontobel in a role that connects digital client acquisition with engaging and reliable website experiences.

As a Digital Growth & Web Publishing Manager, you will execute and optimise digital campaigns while creating and maintaining content across Vontobel’s websites. You will use tracking and analysis to understand the full client journey, identify improvements and connect digital activity with commercial impact.

What would your role be?

  • Manage and optimise the end-to-end digital acquisition journey, connecting campaign targeting, website engagement, contact requests, CRM handover and follow-up in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Implement and validate campaign and website tracking, including tagging, conversion events and reporting, working with analytics and technology colleagues.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and analyse performance across the journey, identifying drop-offs and opportunities to improve client conversion and acquisition efficiency.
  • Create, publish and maintain website content and campaign landing pages directly in the enterprise CMS, including versions for different markets and languages.
  • Support timely and accurate publication of regulatory, market-sensitive and client content, including financial results and media releases, following agreed approval processes.
  • Support the transition from an SEO to a GEO marketing landscape by improving content and page structure as well as user journeys through website analytics, A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
  • Check pages before publication for accuracy, functionality, brand consistency and required approvals.
  • Coordinate with a broad set of stakeholders reaching from marketing teams to agencies and technology specialists to deliver campaigns, website updates and smaller digital projects.
  • Develop new marketing workflows, use relevant automation and AI tools, and adapt digital journeys to changing client behaviour.
What are we looking for?
  • At least five years of relevant experience across digital marketing and web content management, with practical experience in both campaign execution and enterprise CMS publishing.
  • Experience in managing SEA and paid media campaigns, with a good understanding of targeting, budget management and performance measurement.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and translate findings into practical improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign tagging, tag management, website analytics and conversion tracking, including validation of tracking accuracy and data quality.
  • Experience in optimising the full digital client journey, including landing pages and contact requests, with an understanding of CRM handover, follow-up and commercial outcomes.
  • A structured working style and strong attention to detail, especially when managing multiple content versions with a tight time to market.
  • Strong stakeholder and project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise competing requests and work effectively across teams.
