• Independently manage underwriting for mid-sized and large (corporate and industrial) clients with a focus on liability and professional indemnity coverages
• Conduct risk analyses, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and renew insurance contracts in line with local and group standards
• Implement and manage insurance contracts for domestic and international business
• Monitor market trends and emerging liability risks; adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness
• Collaborate closely with Risk Engineering, Sales, and Claims

• 5+ years of experience in Casualty and/or Professional Indemnity underwriting within mid-sized or industrial corporate insurance
• Proven track record in managing profitable underwriting portfolios and strategic initiatives
• Deep understanding of liability insurance markets, products, and regulations
• University degree in Business, Finance, or related field; professional insurance qualifications preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proactive, independent, customer-focused, and collaborative mindset
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written);
  German language skills are an advantage
