• Plan, coordinate and conduct meetings (live, hybrid or virtual) as part of a project team.
• Act as first point of contact for service providers, partners and operational stakeholders on the customer side.
• Promote constant exchange and provide colleagues and service providers with all relevant information.
• Keep the budget and targets of your projects up-to-date and adhere to them.
• Coordinate the tendering of service providers and trades as well as support partners.
• During event implementation, ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Approximately 1 year of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple complex projects and schedules.
• Team orientation, strong communication and cooperation skills. Confident and friendly appearance at all levels.
• Fluent in German and English. Additional language skills are an add-on.
