University Graduates Business, Engineering & Logistics Supply Planner

3M EMEA is a leading and highly successful technology group headquartered in Langenthal (BE). The American Group manages the markets for Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are searching for the competence center immediately or by agreement several initiatives, extremely flexible and analytical

• Point of reference for product availability / demand accuracy in the right time and right distribution center
• Collaborate with Local- & European counterparts (i.e. Manufacturing / Sales Marketing / Inventory Control / Business Logistics Management / Business Development Management)
• Provide inputs to MPS on replenishment plans for manufacturing and vendors
• Resolve Supply/Demand plan exceptions with Countries and manufacturing planning
• Maintain DRP parameters to meet European inventory and service targets
• Support New Product Introductions
• Join projects meetings and calls and maintain the master data parameters related to PIPO management and supply planning network

• Bachelor’s degree at minimum (ideally master’s degree) from one of the areas:
  Logistics/Supply Chain, Economics/Mathematics/Philosophy, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Engineering
• First experience in Supply and/or Demand planning (ideally) or logistics
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• High analytical skills and business acumen
