Location: Zürich
Responsibilities
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain due diligence and sustainability compliance across EMEA
- Monitor and ensure procurement compliance with sustainability regulations, standards, and EU requirements
- Assess, track, validate, and report supplier ESG performance data
- Maintain and improve sustainability group data, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
- Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sustainability topics for EMEA
- Support supplier engagement, corrective actions, and data collection activities
- Contribute to carbon data collection, Scope 3 emissions, and Product Carbon Footprint initiatives for EMEA
- Identify opportunities for low‑carbon materials and responsible sourcing
- Participate in sustainability initiatives (e.g., Together for Sustainability), continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a key interface between procurement, suppliers, and internal teams
