Proclinical is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating product supply activities. In this role, you will lead the implementation of complex life cycle management activities, prepare for product launches, and represent the Supply Chain organization within cross‑functional teams. You will act as a key interface between demand and supply points, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational strategy.
Your expertise will be critical in identifying and mitigating supply risks, maintaining inventory targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute supply plans for commercial assets to ensure product availability.
- Resolve short‑term supply issues and align on solutions with stakeholders.
- Balance demand and supply across external manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and commercial quality functions.
- Communicate strategic decisions regarding demand and supply balancing across functional and business units.
- Manage inventory for commercial assets, including long‑range planning and lifecycle changes.
- Identify and address long‑term demand and supply challenges.
- Advise on network capacity management strategies to ensure stable supply.
- Serve as the primary point of contact within the POT Asset Lead and team.
- Develop launch project timelines and identify resource requirements.
- Drive execution of complex life cycle management activities across supply chain, quality, and manufacturing operations.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance capabilities and improve process efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with ERP and planning systems for supply chain management.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes within supply chain contexts is a plus.
