OurOpening and Your Responsibilities
Our business unit EU-HUB serves as our logistics hub in Europe, providing logistical services for TOLEDO's global service business as well as for the import and export of our products. To strengthen our Supply Chain Planning team in our global operative headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner 100% (w/m/d).
Responsibilities- Ensuring compliance with agreed standard work while significantly contributing to the development and continuous improvement of SOPs for efficient, consistent, and scalable planning processes.
- Material Planning and Supply Planning to ensure control and optimization of stock levels and material availability.
- Daily contact with our production units and external suppliers to expedite and ensure capacities are respected.
- Performance to customer to secure Inbound & Outbound delivery performance of the defined article range, costs and productivity.
- Discrepancy resolution with our 3PL that may arise while receiving shipments in JIRA.
- Supporting projects, escalation requests, and SAP tickets across the EU-HUB where required.
- Commercial education and solid business understanding.
- Further education in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management is a strong advantage.
- Several years of experience in a logistics environment or in the Supply Chain area.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect and structure information within a highly complex environment.
- Excellent communication skills, combined with the ability to remain effective under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with a motivated, hands‑on attitude.
- Very good German and English language skills.
