Procurement Lead Professional Services

As Procurement Lead Professional Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across key indirect spend categories, including Human Resources, Consulting, Legal, Marketing, and other professional services. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders, you will drive value creation through strategic supplier management, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a commercially minded procurement professional who can influence stakeholders, challenge demand, and build strong supplier partnerships while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.

• Develop and implement category strategies for Professional Services, including HR, Consulting, Legal, Marketing, and related indirect spend areas.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, supporting sourcing decisions and ensuring procurement involvement from demand planning through contract execution.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, RFI/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, contracting, and supplier selection.
• Identify and deliver cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality and business objectives.
• Manage key supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, service levels, and contractual agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends, supplier innovations, and emerging technologies to drive strategic sourcing decisions.
• Support budgeting and demand management processes through spend analysis and procurement insights.
• Develop procurement governance, reporting, and performance metrics for assigned categories.
• Lead supplier risk assessments and business continuity planning activities.
• Drive sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives within the Professional Services category portfolio.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management within Professional Services procurement.
• Proven experience managing categories such as HR services, consulting, legal services, marketing agencies and recruitment.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of delivering measurable business value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using spend and supplier performance data to drive decisions.
• Sound understanding of procurement best practices, supplier risk management, and sourcing methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and international environment.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, etc.).
