VP Supply Chain

Confidential search for a leading global consumer goods business

Our client is a well-known consumer brand growing fast across Europe. It is rebuilding its supply chain to be faster, leaner and more resilient, and needs a VP to lead it. You’ll report to the COO and work closely with Commercial, Finance and Manufacturing to keep products on shelf and costs under control.

• End-to-end European supply chain: demand and supply planning, procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics and customer service
• Retailer and e-commerce service levels (OTIF, fill rate, speed to shelf)
• Network redesign: DC footprint, co-manufacturer strategy and cost-to-serve
• S&OP maturity and AI-enabled demand forecasting
• A multi-country team of 100-150 and a strong bench of future leaders

• 12+ years in supply chain, with at least 3 in senior leadership
• Background in FMCG, food and beverage, personal care or similar fast-moving consumer environments
• A record of improving service levels, working capital or total cost
• Confidence managing large retail customers, seasonal peaks and promotional volatility
• Fluent English, German is a plus
