Equans sucht eine dienstleistungsorientierte Springer:in-Hauswart:in in Zürich. Du betreust vor Ort verschiedene Gebäude und bist Ansprechperson für Kunden. Das Pensum beträgt ca. 20–60% mit Einsatzzeiten von 7:30–17:00 Uhr.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Überwachung von HLKSE-Anlagen, Reparatur- und Unterhaltsarbeiten sowie die Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern. Du arbeitest sehr selbstständig und bringst hohe Flexibilität mit.
