Location: Zürich
SPS Switzerland AG sucht eine/n Technischer Mitarbeiter Facility Management 50% in Zürich. Sie koordinieren Wartung, Instandhaltung und Inspektionen, steuern externe Dienstleister und dokumentieren regelmäßige Gebäude- und Sicherheitstests.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören KPI-Reports, Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts sowie kleinere Reparaturen; dafür bringen Sie eine technische Ausbildung mit, Teamgeist, Serviceorientierung und gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit. Homeoffice möglich.
