VP Pharmacometrics

I'm partnering with a growing consultancy to appoint an experienced VP-level pharmacometrics leader.

This is a strategic leadership role combining scientific leadership, client engagement, business growth and team development while remaining close to the science.

• Lead the strategic direction of the pharmacometrics function.
• Oversee complex programmes from early development through Phase III and regulatory submission.
• Act as a senior scientific partner to pharma and biotech clients.
• Support business development, proposals and client growth.
• Build, mentor and develop senior pharmacometrics talent.
• Provide scientific oversight while remaining hands-on when projects require it.
• Help shape scientific standards and the future growth of the organisation.

• Significant experience in Pharmacometrics / Quantitative Pharmacology.
• Leadership experience at Director / Senior Director / VP level.
• Strong expertise across PopPK, PK/PD, MIDD, exposure-response or related modelling.
• Proven client-facing and project leadership experience.
• Commercially minded with a genuine passion for developing people.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-siloed environment.
